Compute mean of center-scale values of columns group by cluster.

Usage

mafa_clusters_mean(sf, clustering, cutting)

Arguments

sf: sf object.
clustering: hclust object, e.g. the result of mafa_clustering().
cutting: numeric value of cutting threshold.
